CEPIT the central european park for innovative technologies epitomizes the idea of an hybrid technology park in bratislava – vajnory, that creates added value through a mix of newly located companies and selected university institutes. the area is also attractive to start-ups and enterpreneurs, providing a conference center, luxury hotels and residential buildings, all part of a 63-acre parc facility. this innovative concept should make CEPIT one of the biggest business players in slovakia. the opportunity to create conditions and concepts required in architecture and municipal planning was motivation enough to spend two intensive years as part of the project management team. location concept and masterplan – redserve ATP, client: cepit management sro. / 2005
