guestbook entry: „designing a restaurant is no picnic (jürgen, my dear friend and baker of plum pies)! even taking everthing into account – starting with spelt noodles in cream and mushroom sauce right up to the chocolat parfait on orange ragout and even “ottakringer” as beer supplier – “just because”! oh well, there was also this place, this dilapidated cottage, which was supposed to be renovated in a fast and unsophisticated way. it was interesting to observe the banal paradigms we apply in such a case: a new bar, a ventilation system and a lighting concept – everything else was already there. suerte amigos! design and detailed planning: 3 days, visits to the building site: countless! client: jürgen bernhart / 2002
