LINIERT designstudio bases its drafts on a philosophic – poetic confrontation with reality and tries to get to the heart of the project, always in search of the strange, the exceptional. the beginning of aesthetics is attention, which is aroused by difference, the smallest possible stimulus. without difference there is no perception, without perception no truth. aesthetics deal with just this process and its conditions and is thus a manifestation of the human condition, a sentiment in time. to aline this aesthetic, this artistic claim with the functional needs is only one of the challenges! the assignments of the studio encompass the different fields of architecture, such as the construction of furniture and prototypes, the design of premises, drafts of one-family houses and industrial buildings, the revitalization of historic structures and also solutions for urban contexts – even jobs in project management are possible. the studio is headed by christian kollarovits x 1976 in vienna (study of architecture at the university of technology TU vienna), freelancing as an artist in design and fashion since 1995.
